Lynsey Loudon has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Lynsey started their career at Postal Express in 2010 as an Employee Relations & Talent Acquisition Manager, where they focused on employee coaching, investigating concerns, and handling terminations. In 2012, they moved to LSG Sky Chefs as a Human Resource Specialist, responsible for implementing employee relations goals, resolving grievances, and maintaining positive relationships with union personnel. Lynsey then joined jcpenney in 2013 as a Human Resource Manager, where they handled employee issues, enforced policies, and provided coaching and training. In 2016, Lynsey became the Director of Human Resources at Campbell's Resort, leading HR initiatives until 2017. Lynsey then worked as an HR Manager at Mission Vista from 2017 to 2020. In 2020, Lynsey joined BrightSpring as a Regional Human Resources Manager, and in 2023, they started their current role as a Human Resources Generalist at AgileOne. Additionally, Lynsey gained experience in the education sector as the AppleEttes Dance Head Coach at Wenatchee School District 246 from 2014 onwards.
