Amrutha Anandaraman

Amrutha Anandaraman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in food science and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Agilery AG since August 2022, Amrutha specializes in new product development and scaling operations within the food ecosystem, particularly in fermentation and functional beverages. Previous roles include a PhD Researcher at ETH Zurich, where Amrutha developed novel iron compounds and conducted clinical trials, and a Research Intern at FAO, contributing to food safety initiatives. Additional experience encompasses food safety and quality assurance at Harris Freeman & Co., as well as research roles in various organizations, including Cornell University and Cancer Institute Adyar.
