Marcin Niedzielski

Marcin Niedzielski has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as the CEO and Co-Founder of Agilery AG - Food Contract Manufacturing since August 2019. Before that, they worked as the Head of Innovation and Business Development / Head of Haco Innovation Lab (H!L) at HACO Group from October 2017 to June 2019. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager at Oro de Cacao AG from December 2015 to September 2017, and as the Founder & General Manager at Patiserka.pl Sp. z o.o. from December 2013 to June 2015. Marcin also worked at Barry Callebaut, where they held various positions, including Sales & Marketing Director, South East Europe from September 2012 to December 2013, CEE Business Development Manager from March 2011 to September 2012, and Corporate Business Development Manager from March 2009 to March 2011. Marcin started their career as a Management Consultant at Bain & Company from February 2006 to January 2009.

Marcin Niedzielski completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at ETH Zürich from 1999 to 2001. Marcin then pursued their Master's degree in Industrial Management and Manufacturing at the same institution from 2002 to 2005. In 2017, they attended Squared Online to enhance their skills in Digital Marketing Leadership. Marcin also completed their high school education at High School / College in Baden, Switzerland from 1995 to 1999.
