Fábio Ullmann

Fábio Ullmann has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Fábio is currently working as a Client Executive Director in the banking and financial markets division at AgileThought. Prior to this, they held the position of Innovation & Transformation Director at Prosegur Cash. Fábio also has a strong background in the technology sector, having worked at IBM as an Industry Business Developer and a Senior Executive Account Manager, where they focused on developing long-term relationships with customers in the financial markets. Before that, they held various roles at Sicredi, including Regional Manager, where they were responsible for strategic planning and resource administration. Fábio also worked as an IT Strategy Consultant at Telefonica. Fábio began their career at Natali Carol Langaro as an Office Assistant.

Fábio Ullmann has a diverse education history. In 1998 to 2004, they obtained a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Unijuí - Universidade Regional do Noroeste do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Fábio went on to earn an MBA in Finance and Marketing from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado in 2006 to 2008. In 2010, they became a Professional and Life Coach after completing a program at Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching. Fábio further developed their skills by becoming a Practitioner em PNL in Neuro-linguistic Programming at Sociedade Brasileira de Programação Neurolinguística in 2015. Fábio pursued postgraduate studies in IT Management at FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they participated in the FIA International Program at the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2012. In 2018, they obtained a Specialist degree in Business and Industry Insight from Harvard Business School, and in the same year, they earned a certificate in Exponential Thinking from Singularity University. Fábio also holds various certifications, including Virtual Selling - Experienced from IBM, IBM Mentor, and CPA-20 from Associação Brasileira das Entidades dos Mercados Financeiro e de Capitais.
