Raul Medina Mora

Raul Medina Mora has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Raul is currently employed at AgileThought as a Client Success Lead and previously held the position of Engagement Lead. Prior to this, they worked at Quarksoft as Director Industria Private Sector, Head de Práctica - Business Applications, and Gerente Unidad de Negocio.

Raul also has experience as a Software Factory Director and EGOB Director at Blue Ocean Technologies S.A. de C.V., where they provided leadership and direction for a large development team. Raul was responsible for overseeing contract processes and account management for multiple municipal and state governments.

Before Blue Ocean Technologies, Raul was the CO-Founder and CEO of Namiki Enterprise S.A. de C.V., where they successfully grew the company from 3 to 10 employees and generated profit within a short period of time.

Raul also worked at Quarksoft as a Business Unit Director, Biometric and Integration Business Unit Director, and Project Manager. In these roles, Raul was involved in biometric and IT integration projects, overseeing the entire project process, including budget planning, sales forecasting, and resource management.

Raul's early career consisted of working at Ultrasist, S.A. de C.V. as a Project Manager, where they managed projects for a large Mexican bank, coordinating with international teams. Raul also owned Grupo Tress from 2002 to 2008.

Raul Medina Mora completed a Diploma Course in "12 Steps for a successful Project Administration" at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the same institution, from 2001 to 2008. Before attending college, they attended Inhumyc Highschool from 1998 to 2001. In terms of additional certifications, Raul obtained the SCRUM Foundation Professional Certificate SFPC from CertiProf and the Certified SAFe 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2022. Raul also holds a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute.
