Tania Garnica

Tania Garnica has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Tania started their career as a Cajero Administrativo at BBVA Bancomer in 2012. In 2013, they joined TV Azteca as an Analista IMSS SUA - People Soft until 2008. Tania then worked at Extend Solutions SA de CV from 2013 to 2017, where they held multiple roles including Project Manager at Microsoft and Coordinadora de Capital Humano in Recursos Humanos. Tania also served as a Team Leader for Gerencia Value Staffing and Operations, where they managed time tracking systems and assignment hours. In 2014, Tania joined Extend Solutions @Microsoft as a Project Manager until 2017. Tania continued their career at AN_Global, working as an Account Executive from 2017 to 2020. Currently, Tania is employed at AgileThought as a Client Account Lead, a position they have held since 2023.

Tania Garnica has a diverse education history. In 2001, they started studying at Universidad Insurgentes, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2004. Tania also completed a Diploma in Managerial Skills Development at the same university in 2005. In 2001 and 2002, Tania partially studied Administration and Business Management with a focus on International Relations at Instituto Politécnico Nacional.

In 2015, Tania attended Tecnológico de Monterrey, completing a Diploma in Project Management. In 2017, they enrolled at Universidad Latinoamericana, S.C., where they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance in 2019.

Tania has also pursued additional certifications to enhance their skills. Tania obtained a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf in 2020 and completed a Google Cloud Sales Credential from Google in 2023. Tania also holds certifications in Data Science, Digital Marketing, and Data Analytics from Coderhouse and CertiProf.

In 2021 and 2022, Tania pursued further education in Data Analytics and Data Science at Coderhouse.
