Melanie Jones

Melanie Jones possesses extensive experience in fragrance development, having held roles at Agilex Fragrances as a Fragrance Development Manager since June 2021 and previously as an Associate Fragrance Development Manager. Prior experience includes a variety of positions at Reckitt from May 2017 to June 2021, culminating as a Fragrance Development Associate, where responsibilities involved collaborating with stakeholders to create superior fragrance experiences, coordinating testing, and identifying innovation opportunities. Melanie began the fragrance career at MANE, serving in roles such as Product Development Coordinator/Scientist and Fragrance Laboratory Technician, where significant hands-on experience with raw materials and formulation was gained. Earlier roles include serving as a Microbiology Laboratory Assistant at Felician College and as an Assistant Counselor at Camp Calvary. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Felician University.
