Brian Miller

Brian Miller has worked in the field of data analytics since 1992. Brian began their career with the US Navy Reserves as a Naval Flight Officer: Commander. In 1994, they joined Abacus Technology as an Associate and worked on developing a computer simulation of a call center and performing statistical analysis of aviation safety data for a Federal agency. In 1996, they moved to KPMG Consulting as a Senior Consultant and developed BI solutions with BusinessObjects and Cognos tools. In 2002, they joined Tier Technologies as a Senior Consultant and led the development of a BI product. In 2003, they worked at Buchanan & Edwards as a Technical Lead, deploying a Proof of Concept reporting and analysis system to a Federal agency. In 2004, they joined Claraview as a Consulting Manager and led a MicroStrategy BI implementation. In 2008, they moved to Guident Technologies as a Manager and performed analytical environment assessments. In 2012, they joined Deloitte Consulting as a Manager and provided leadership managing analytics projects and developing BI strategy and roadmaps. In 2016, they moved to Synectics for Management Decisions, Inc as a Sr. Technical Project Manager and led a data warehouse/analytics team in providing meaningful analytics solutions. Finally, in 2018, they joined Agiliko as the Director of Data Analytics Services and was instrumental in developing and updating enterprise roadmaps for integrated analytical and transactional data.

Brian Miller obtained their MBA in Finance and Marketing from George Mason University from 1991 to 1994. Brian also obtained a BA in Quantitative Economics from Gettysburg College. In February 2011, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
