Mahmoud Elhassan

Mahmoud Elhassan has over 15 years of professional work experience. In 2006, they began their career as a Production Control Assistant Team Leader at JTEKT Automotive. In 2009, they became a Transportation Coordinator/Trainer at Falcon Transportation Inc., where they were responsible for tracking and coordinating daily routes for drivers and assisting drivers’ workload by transporting clients from/to local hospitals. In 2012, they held two concurrent positions: a Research Assistant at the University of Chicago Medicine and a SAP SD at ACT. At the University of Chicago Medicine, they studied the effects of outer membrane lipids in pollen grain varieties to understand their role in allergic inflammation. At ACT, they simulated a complete ASAP project to implement SAP and configure a functional mid-west sales organization. In 2013, they took on the role of IT Solutions Manager at Universal Geomatics. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at MicroStrategy as a Cloud BI Support Engineer and Technical Support Engineer. In 2019, they became a MicroStrategy Consultant at The Securities and Exchange Commission. In 2020, they joined Guidehouse as a Senior Consultant and, in 2021, they began working as a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant at Agiliko.

Mahmoud Elhassan has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biochemistry from Virginia Tech, which they obtained between 2009 and 2012. Before that, they earned an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Virginia Western Community College between 2007 and 2009. Mahmoud has also obtained several certifications, including a MicroStrategy Certified Architect in April 2020, a Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate in March 2022, and various certifications from Lynda.com such as Gretchen Rubin on Creating Great Workplace Habits and Leading and Working in Teams in October 2016, The Basics of Data for Analytics in October 2016, and Amazon Web Services Essential Training in May 2016. Mahmoud also has certifications from MicroStrategy as a Certified Developer and Certified Analyst, though the dates of these certifications are not specified.
