Radhika V is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR operations, currently serving at Agilisium Consulting since March 2022 in the role of Connecting Talent to Opportunities. Prior experience includes positions such as Senior Manager - HR at Indium Software and Senior Manager HR - TAG at Newt Global. Radhika has also worked at Infinite Computer Solutions, CSC, CSS Corp, iGATE Global Solutions, and Cognizant, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee relations, and learning and development. Radhika holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from The ICFAI University and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, along with completing XLRI's Senior Executive Development Programme aimed at developing future Chief Human Resources Officers.
