Omer Qureshi

Omer Qureshi has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Omer started their career in 2007 as a Software Developer at Breeze (IT) Limited, where they worked on web-based bespoke brokerage and business management applications. In 2010, they joined Capita as a Senior Developer. After a year, they moved to PIE Mapping as a Delivery/Development Lead and later became a Technical Project Manager. In 2015, they joined Agilisys as a Digital Services Project Manager and worked in that role until 2019. Omer then became a Technical Project Manager, specializing in IT, Infrastructure, and Cloud Services for Agilisys until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they served as a Senior Project Manager, successfully implementing the multi-tenant ServiceNow Platform for Agilisys Managed Service Customers. Currently, they hold the position of Engagement Lead (ServiceNow) at Agilisys.

Omer Qureshi completed an MSc in Internet Software Engineering at the University of Derby from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2004, they obtained a BSc in Computer Science from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University. Additionally, they have certifications in Certified Scrum Master, ITIL Foundation Level, and Prince2 Foundation.
