Sonal Sole

Sonal Sole is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract management and customer delivery within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Contract Manager at Agilisys since December 2021, Sonal leads comprehensive contract management operations for telecom clients across the UK and Europe, acting as the primary point of contact for regional sales, delivery teams, and commercial dispute resolution. Previously, Sonal held roles at TechMahindra, including Contract & Commercial Manager for Strategic Accounts and Customer Delivery Manager for a global telecom client, as well as Test Lead at Mindtree, overseeing multilingual testing. Sonal began a career in quality assurance at Ekartha and possesses a PGDAPR from Welingkar Institute of Management, alongside a BTech in Electronics from Lady Amritbai Daga College.
