Philippe Herau is currently the Head of Transformational Excellence at AGILITA, where the focus is on developing scalable adaptability for clients' digital visions and organizational innovations. Previously, Philippe held the role of Head of Data & Analytics, establishing practices that emphasize a data-first approach. With extensive experience as an interim manager in Business & Digital Transformation at Impalium, Philippe has led significant improvement projects for enterprises. Additional leadership roles included board memberships at HSN and AlphaStemSource, business development at Luxsap, and co-founding TheVisionWeb, which specialized in SAP implementations. Philippe also served as a guest lecturer at NHTV Breda University, sharing expertise in program management and analytics. Educational credentials include multiple master's degrees in Business Engineering, Corporate Finance, BioTechnology, and an MBA from KU Leuven, along with a leadership program at IMD.
