Sarah Williams Raby

Sarah Williams Raby, PT, DPT, COMT, CDNT, serves as a Senior Therapist at Upstream Rehabilitation since August 2021, where responsibilities include mentoring and teaching future physical therapists. With extensive experience at Results Physiotherapy beginning in July 2013, Sarah held roles as Clinical Educator for Northwest Middle Tennessee, Clinic Director, and Physical Therapist. Previous experience includes positions as a PT Tech at Star Physical Therapy and a service role at Amerigo Italian Restaurant, among others. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Middle Tennessee State University.
