Michelle Marwah

Michelle Marwah has over 17 years of experience in Learning & Development and Human Resources Development. Michelle is currently the Head of Human Resources Development at Agilité since June 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Learning and Development at Evollence Pvt Ltd. from June 2019 onwards.

Michelle has also held significant roles at Eye Care Leaders, where they were the Director of Learning and Development from May 2019 to June 2019, and the Training General Manager from February 2017 to June 2019. Before that, they worked as a Training Manager at R1 RCM from December 2015 to February 2017, and at AEGIS BPO SERVICES (GURGAON) LIMITED from May 2014 to December 2015.

Michelle's career started at Alcance: Leveraging Potential as the Training and Talent Management Head from March 2010 to May 2014. During this time, they gained extensive experience working with leading multi-nationals like IBM and Vertex Global. Michelle has also served as a Training Consultant with various companies including India Bulls, Hays Business Solutions, United Health Group, and Genpact.

Prior to their corporate roles, Michelle worked as a Corporate Trainer freelance, delivering training in corporates such as India Bulls, IBM, and Headstrong. Michelle also conducted training in various MBA and Engineering colleges and developed content for various training modules.

Michelle began their career at IBM, where they worked as the Lead Quality from December 2003 to March 2007. Michelle then joined Vertex as an Associate Manager from March 2007 to August 2008, where they were responsible for overall performance and developed training programs.

Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated expertise in training and development, talent management, and human resources. Michelle has successfully delivered a wide variety of professional development courses and certifications, contributing to the success of companies and individuals.

Michelle Marwah completed their BA in English Honours with a focus on English and Political Science at Delhi University. Prior to attending Delhi University, they attended Convent of Jesus and Mary, although the duration of their time there is unknown. In addition to their formal education, Michelle Marwah has obtained several certifications, including being a Certified DISC PPA from Thomas International, a Certified Learning and Development Manager from Carlton Advanced Management Institute (CAMI), and being Certified on Harrison Assessments from Harrison Assessments Int'l. Michelle also holds a Train the Trainer Certification, although the institution from which it was obtained is not specified.
