Sarina Brinkmann

Sarina Brinkmann is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Group Human Resources and Organizational Development at CEWE Group since March 2025. Prior to this role, Sarina held various positions at LESCHACO - Lexzau Scharbau GmbH & Co. KG from September 2016 to February 2025, including Head of Global Human Resources and Head of Global HR Projects. Previous experience includes HR Recruiting at Manpower, International Assignment Management at Continental, and a customer service role at Sainsbury's. Sarina began a career in human resources with a research and development position at Diebold Nixdorf Software. Sarina holds a Master of Science in Business and Human Resource Education and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Studies from Paderborn University, along with study experience at California State University - East Bay.
