Amy Herman

Amy Herman is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent and HR Analytics at Agiliti since April 2018, Amy is responsible for leading comprehensive learning and development programs for 2,900 employees and creating strategic initiatives that promote a culture of continuous learning. Previously, Amy held the position of Talent Leader at Cargill from May 2014 to April 2018, where the focus was on integrating talent management solutions to leverage talent as a competitive advantage. Earlier in the career at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Amy held roles as HR Transformation Director and Global Talent Management and Learning, spearheading HR process design and global engagement initiatives. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Development from DePaul University.
