Lakeisha Smith

Lakeisha Smith possesses extensive experience in hospital operations, currently serving as Hospital Operations Manager at Agiliti since September 2009. In this role, Lakeisha oversees the daily operations of the Asset360 program, focusing on customer relationships, employee supervision, equipment management, and revenue growth activities. Previously, Lakeisha held the position of Hospital Operations Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing equipment delivery, inventory, and in-servicing clinical staff. Prior to Agiliti, Lakeisha worked as Floor Assistant Coordinator III at Convergys, managing operational performance in a contact center environment. Lakeisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a Mathematical Finance option from the University of Houston and an Associate of Science from Lone Star College, along with a High School Diploma recognizing achievement as a Texas Scholar.
