Aaron Vaughan has worked in various roles since 2000. Aaron began their career as an HVAC Technician at Technicraft Heating, where they were responsible for HVAC/R and Sheet Metal work, including fabricating ductwork, bidding residential, commercial, and industrial jobs, and installing equipment and various sheetmetal components. In 2015, they began working as a College/GED Tutor at Chemeketa Community College. In 2017, they took on the role of Handy man at Cascade Mountain Lodge. In 2020, they became a Reliability Engineer at International Paper, where they orchestrated projects to improve reliability, efficiency, and profitability throughout the mill site. Aaron'sduties included scheduling outside contractors, coordinating training for instrumentation testing practices, quality assurance/quality control observation of work performed, and establishing/maintaining professional interpersonal communication with department lead personnel. In 2021, they began working as an Electrical Engineer at Arcimoto, where they were responsible for high power inverter design up to 100VDC for traction drive applications, as well as DC/DC and AC/DC power converter design. Aaron is currently working as an Electrical Engineer at Agility Robotics.

Aaron Vaughan attended Oregon State University from 2017 to 2021, where they received a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Computer Engineering. Prior to this, they attended Universal Technical Institute, Inc. from 2001 to 2002 and earned an Associate's degree in HVAC/R Technician.
