Sr Test Engineer at Agility Robotics

Jaime Hardisty has worked in the engineering field since 2005. In 2011, they began working at ENTEK International as a Design Engineer, where they worked on twin screw plastic extrusion machines for microporous films used as battery plate separators. That same year, they also began working at MSR-FSR as a SR Process Development Engineer, where they worked on graphite for semiconductor implanters and ultrasonic cleaning process development. In 2008, they began working at AIMCO Global as a Design Engineer, where they worked on powered-transducer nut-runners and plastic molds for electrical connectors, among other things. That same year, they also began working at Hardisty Engineering as a Consulting Engineer and at Andrews Cooper Technologies as a Consulting Engineer, where they designed high speed printer paper-path tester, precision assembly jig, and vacuum seal grease tool. In 2005, they began working at BASF as a Design Engineer, where they designed high-precision IR sensor arrays and powder-coated steel enclosures for distributed control system electronics. In 2019, they began working at Concept Systems Inc as a Mechanical Engineer. In 2020, they began working at RLA Engineering LLC as a Mechanical Tooling and Process Engineer, where they worked on process and tooling development and design. Finally, in 2022, they began working at Agility Robotics as a Sr Test Engineer, where they accelerated test designs for RIA15.6 cobot-type robot.

Jaime Hardisty earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University in 1983. Jaime then attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they obtained an MBA in Reliability & Maintaintability, Semiconductor Mfg in 1986. Finally, they attended San Jose State University and earned an MBA in Business in 1988.
