Zhengshan Fang

Zhengshan (Bill) Fang is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in test automation and software validation. Currently a Senior Test Automation Engineer at Figure since December 2024, Zhengshan previously served as a Senior Software Validation Engineer at Tesla, focusing on Battery Management System (BMS) firmware, and held various engineering roles including Software Engineer and Electrical Design Engineer, with responsibilities in manufacturing tests and high voltage systems. Past experience includes an electrical engineering co-op at Sibel Health, and several roles at Rose Grand Prix Engineering, where leadership was demonstrated through promotional efforts and event coordination. Additional technical experience includes an electrical engineering co-op at Collins Aerospace, where competency in SAP parts management and lab debugging was developed, and internships at Rose-Hulman Ventures and as a teaching assistant, where expertise in embedded systems and PCB design was refined. Zhengshan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, awarded in 2021.
