Peter Raggio

Peter Raggio is a highly experienced professional in robotics safety and engineering, currently serving as the Principal Robotics Safety Engineer at Agility Robotics since January 2026. Prior to this role, Peter held positions at Apptronik as a Staff Systems Engineer focused on product safety and at Reynolds & Moore as a Senior Functional Safety Engineer and Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included the development of safety strategies and leading multiple project teams. Peter also contributed significantly to Sarcos Robotics as the Product Safety and Compliance Manager, establishing corporate safety policies and engineering processes. With a foundational background at Boeing, Naval Air Systems Command, and various internships, Peter possesses a diverse skill set in systems engineering, project management, regulatory compliance, and safety lifecycle engineering, bolstered by advanced degrees from UCLA and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
