Vlad Branzoi

Vlad Branzoi has a wealth of experience in the field of robotics and computer vision. Vlad began their career in 2001 as a Graduate Research Assistant at Columbia University. In 2004, they were a Research Intern at Mitsubishi Electric Research Labs, followed by a Software Developer position at Axioma Inc. in 2005. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at SRI International Sarnoff as a Member of Technical Staff and then a Senior Computer Scientist. In 2011, they were a Computer Vision Scientist at SET Corporation (an SAIC company). From 2016 to 2017, they were the Director of R&D at BANC3, Inc. and then a Computer Vision Engineer at Misty Robotics from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they are a Principal Software Engineer - Perception Sensors Lead at Agility Robotics.

Vlad Branzoi completed their Master of Science in Computer Science (Computer Vision) from Columbia Engineering in 2003. Vlad obtained their Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Columbia Engineering in 2001. Prior to that, they attended The Lawrenceville School from 1994 to 1997.
