Monika Borgers

Monika Borgers is the current Executive Director at Agilium Worldwide. Prior to this, they were the owner of ConK, a language services company specializing in German, Spanish, and English. Monika also spent four years as the Director of Alumni Division Madrid at IESE Business School, where they were responsible for increasing loyalty among alumni and maintaining awareness of the community's values and culture. Borgers is a skilled communicator and event planner, with a proven track record in stakeholder management and community engagement. Monika is also experienced in leading cross-functional teams and generating metrics to measure the impact of their work.

Monika Borgers has an MBA from IESE Business School in Spain and a BA in philosophy from the University of Dallas.
