Serban Dumitrescu

Serban Dumitrescu currently serves as Executive Director at Cincinnatus Capital since August 2025, while also working as a Strategic Advisor for Assista AI and FOTOSEL since March and December 2022, respectively. Prior to these roles, Serban held the position of Investment Banking Director at both BT Capital Partners and Oaklins from July 2017 to July 2025, where Serban also worked as an Investment Banking Associate. Additionally, Serban offered strategic advisory services to Octonius from March 2020 to February 2021. Serban holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Economics from Academia de Studii Economice din București, obtained between 2014 and 2017.
