Paolo Giannico

Paolo has a broad experience in the field of the Human Resources earned through 24 years of work for several companies operating in different business sectors – industry – manufacturing, large – scale distribution, technologies. During the last 20 years of his career he has worked for important international groups, such as Auchan, Cementir and Technicolor, where he covered roles of increasing responsibility and managed all the major areas of the HR function, with a specific focus on Search and Selection, Training Projects, People Development, Labour Relations, Organization. Paolo has a degree in Law and is specialized in People Management and Development through qualified courses. He is fluent in English and is Senior Associate Partner of AGILIUM WORLDWIDE ITALY.
