Paolo Petrucciani

Paolo started his career in 1978 in Eni Group where he operated previously in Decision Support Systems software development area and subsequently in the Executive Education, Training and Development field. In 1988 he joined Hay Group Italy and worked in the HR, Compensation, Development and Organizational Effectiveness Practices, reaching in 2000 the role of Senior Director. During his career he had also the opportunity to focus on Compliance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Change Management, Knowledge Management and other very Innovative projects. He majored in applied mathematics and specialized in Behavioral Cybernetics in UK. Paolo is Senior Associate Partner at AGILIUM WORLDWIDE ITALY where is in charge of Board Leadership Services and Organizational and Strategic Development projects.
