Ihor Pasemko

Ihor Pasemko has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Ihor started their career in 1996 as a Software Developer at Rosan-Dovira, where they designed and developed client-server financial applications using INFORMIX Online Dynamic Server 5.0, INFORMIX 4GL, SPL, and INFORMIX Report Builder.

Ihor then joined SoftServe in 1996, where they held various roles including Software Developer/Analyst/Project Manager, QA Department Manager, SBU (Business Unit) Manager, Vice President of Professional Services, Executive Vice President of Human Resources, and Vice President of Delivery. In their role as Vice President of Delivery, they started a new software development direction and grew the organization to 500+ engineers. Ihor also implemented a Talent Management framework and Employee Performance Management model.

In 2016, Ihor Pasemko co-founded Agiliway, where they serve as Head of Business Development & Delivery.

Ihor Pasemko attended State University 'Lviv Polytechnics' from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science. Ihor previously attended Novoyavorivsk School #2 from 1981 to 1991.
