Ben began their career as a Ticket Sales Representative for the Philadelphia Phillies, where they assisted with ticket options, luxury suites, special events, and player charity events. Ben Racine obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Ben then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Colorado Boulder from 2017 to 2019. Ben also holds several additional certifications, including Agiloft Business Admin from Agiloft in 2023, and various accreditations from Conga obtained in 2021 and 2022.
