Mark Rentschler has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Mark'smost recent position was as the Head of Marketing Optimization at Agiloft starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon as a Senior Manager in Outbound Marketing for Amazon Ads from April 2022 to September 2023. From 2018 to 2022, Mark held various roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Senior Product Manager, Marketing Platforms, Marketing Automation Program Manager, and Digital Marketing Manager, Lifecycle Nurture. Before joining Amazon, they worked as a Marketing Operations Manager at Liveops, Inc. from May 2017 to April 2018. Mark also served as a Digital Marketing Manager at Cedexis from August 2014 to May 2017 and as a Marketing Automation Manager at Webtrends from June 2012 to August 2014. Earlier in their career, Mark worked as an Online Marketing Manager and Online Marketing Coordinator at Ubiquity Retirement + Savings from 2006 to 2010. Mark started their career as a Media Production Coordinator at Forbes Magazine from June 2005 to June 2006 and as an Account Manager at Gotlib Design from September 2004 to June 2005. Mark also gained experience as an Editorial Intern at Publishers Weekly from May 2003 to July 2003.
Mark Rentschler completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Colgate University from 2000 to 2004. Mark later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Portland State University - School of Business between 2010 and 2012. Prior to their higher education, Mark attended The Calhoun School from 1986 to 2000. Additionally, they hold certifications such as HubSpot Marketing Software, Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner, Marketo Certified Expert, and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA).
