Anamika Sinha

Anamika Sinha has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Anamika began their career as a Software Programmer at Infosys, where they worked on client server development projects and played a key role in designing data models for migration projects. Anamika later transitioned to the role of Systems Analyst at the University of South Florida, where they gathered report requirements and facilitated the implementation of reports through demos and user training.

Anamika then joined Silicon Tech Lab as an Analytics Lead, where they conducted requirements analysis for reports and dashboards and worked closely with clients to understand their needs. Anamika also participated in defining dimensions and facts for star schemas. Anamika later moved on to become a Graduate Student of Data Science at UC Berkeley School of Information, where they gained further knowledge and skills in the field.

Following their time at UC Berkeley, Anamika joined Node.io as a Data Scientist, where they focused on achieving stability in model performance for small datasets by leveraging statistical techniques. Anamika also worked on building confidence in pilot users by qualifying models that withstood small changes in data.

Anamika then joined SugarCRM as a Senior Data Scientist, where they improved model prediction quality and increased end user adoption of predictions by implementing model interpretability techniques. Anamika also monitored ML/AI models in production and measured drift in training versus production data distributions.

Currently, Anamika is working at agilon health as a Lead Data Scientist. In this role, they led the development of a machine learning solution that predicted patients most likely to benefit from chart review intervention. Anamika also planned the roadmap, pruned the backlog, and simplified project success metrics to deliver a quick alpha version.

Throughout their career, Anamika has consistently demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver impactful results.

Anamika Sinha has a Master's degree in Data Science from UC Berkeley School of Information, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Anamika also has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from BIT Sindri. In terms of additional certifications, they have completed courses such as "AI IN HEALTCARE" from deeplearning.ai, "Sequences, Time Series and Prediction" from Coursera, and "Tableau 9.0 Fundamentals" from AcademyX Computer Training. Anamika also holds a Microstrategy certification in Version 9.02 as a Project Designer, Report Developer, and Document Developer.
