Jay Thaker

Jay Thaker has held various roles in the healthcare industry. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Cleveland Clinic, starting as a Fellow in Executive Administration before moving on to become a Project Manager III and then a Project Manager IV in International Administration. In 2018, they served as a Senior International Program Administrator. In 2020, they joined Oak Street Health as the Director of Population Health - Care Model Innovation. Currently, they work at agilon health as the Senior Director of Clinical Programs.

Jay Thaker attended Harvard Business School from 2018 to 2020, earning a Master of Business Administration degree. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Public Health degree in Health Management & Policy at the University of Michigan from 2012 to 2014. Jay also obtained a Master of Health Science degree in Health Economics from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health from 2011 to 2012. Their undergraduate degrees include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies, both obtained from Michigan State University from 2007 to 2011.
