Phil Meadows

Phil Meadows is currently the Director of Performance Management at agilon health, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Phil served as the Director of Planning and Market Research at Mount Carmel Health System from February 2014 to September 2022, and as a Senior Business Analyst at Fairfield Medical Center from 2002 to February 2014. In the latter role, Phil focused on re-engineering decentralized performance analytics and data management processes, supporting organizational needs in costing, market analytics, and capacity planning. Phil also held the position of Interim Business Office Manager for Fairfield Healthcare Professionals, leading operational improvements in a multi-specialty physician group. A Six Sigma Black Belt, major accomplishments include enhancing budgeting processes and optimizing patient bed utilization. Phil earned an MBA and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Ohio University.
