Lissette Ferro-Lloret

Lissette Ferro-Lloret currently serves as the Director of Performance Management at Memorial Healthcare System, an award-winning non-profit and one of the largest public health systems in the nation, since September 2023. Prior to this role, Lissette held positions such as Director of WFM & Analytics and Director of Operations at Call 4 Health from November 2016 to September 2023, a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing and medical call center operations. Lissette also served as Contact Center Operations Manager at Pediatric Associates, South Florida, from March 2009 to March 2016, and held customer service management roles at Bayview Financial and Assurant Solutions earlier in the career. Lissette holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Florida International University, earned between 2012 and 2015.
