Shelly Howell

Shelly Howell serves as the Executive Director at agilon health since July 2018, where previous roles included Director of Operations and Planning, Manager of Operations and Planning, and Program Manager. Prior to agilon health, Shelly was the Center Operations Director at Concentra from June 2015 to June 2018, focusing on policy development, efficiency maximization, and client relationship management. Notably, under Shelly's leadership, Concentra achieved the Center of Excellence awards in 2016 and 2017, significantly improved staffing efficiency, and reduced patient turnaround times. Shelly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences from Duquesne University, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
