Sihua Li

Sihua Li is a Senior MEMS Engineer at Agiltron Inc since January 2012, bringing extensive experience in MEMS technology. Prior to this role, Sihua Li worked as a Research Assistant at the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences from February 2002 to January 2012, focusing on Optical MEMS devices and MEMS sensors in a prestigious laboratory. Sihua Li also served as an Engineer at Shanghai Opticway Science and Technology Ltd from July 2001 to February 2002, specializing in optical device production. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics from the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (2006-2011), and a B.E. in Optoelectronic Technique from Shanghai University (1997-2001).
