Director, Digital Marketing at Agilysys

Chris Bagnell has a solid background in marketing and digital marketing. Chris currently holds the position of Director, Digital Marketing at Agilysys since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ResortSuite as a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing from November 2020 to September 2022. Chris served as the Corporate Marketing Manager at Winters Instruments from February 2012 to May 2020. Before that, they held the position of Marketing Coordinator at Spec Furniture Inc. from November 2009 to March 2012, and at Star Quality Office Furniture from December 2007 to September 2009. Chris began their marketing career at Tubefit Inc. in November 2002 as a Marketing Coordinator and stayed there until December 2007.

Chris Bagnell obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing Co-op from Brock University, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. Additionally, Chris has acquired multiple certifications and diplomas in various fields. They obtained a Diploma in Service Marketing from Alison in November 2020, as well as a Diploma in Blockchain Technology and Applications from the same institution in October 2020. In November 2020, Chris also completed certifications in Business Considerations for 5G, IoT and AI, Business Considerations for Edge Computing, Learning Adobe Reports and Analytics, and Open Source and the 5G Transition, all from The Linux Foundation. They have further obtained certifications in Introduction to Connectivity Technologies and Sensor Networks from Alison (October 2020), A Design Thinking Approach to Putting the Customer First from LinkedIn (September 2020), Advanced Google Analytics from LinkedIn (September 2020), Everything as a Service (XaaS) is the Future of Business from LinkedIn (September 2020), Overcoming Cognitive Bias from LinkedIn (September 2020), Take a More Creative Approach to Problem-Solving from LinkedIn (September 2020), and Excel PivotTables: Mastering PivotTables and PivotCharts from LinkedIn (August 2020). In July 2020, Chris completed certifications in 360-Degree Video and Virtual Reality on YouTube, Going After Long-term Success on YouTube, Grow Your Community, and Live Streaming on YouTube, all from YouTube. Additionally, in June 2020, Chris obtained certifications in CMO Foundations: Driving Innovation from LinkedIn and Design Thinking: Customer Experience from LinkedIn. Finally, Chris obtained a certification titled "Learning Airtable" from LinkedIn in January 2022.
