Dhanabalan RK has a strong background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles. Dhanabalan most recently served as the Senior Director and Head of Human Resources (India) at Agilysys. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Allsec Technologies Limited. Dhanabalan also served as the Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Maveric Systems Limited and Vice President and Country Head of Human Resources at BORN Group. Dhanabalan RK has extensive experience in managing HR functions at both national and international levels, having worked at companies such as Quess Corp Limited, 24/7 Customer, Merrill Corporation, WNS Global Services, Fidelity National Information Services, and DSQ Software.
