Duncan Field

Duncan Field has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Duncan started their career in 1992 as a Front Desk & Assistant Front Office Manager at Westin Prince, where they worked until 1998. Duncan then joined Grotto Bay Beach Resort as a Front Office staff member until 2000. After that, Duncan worked at Discount Blind Centre Inc. from 2000 to 2004 in an unspecified role. In 2004, they joined The Essex County Hotel in a Front Office capacity.

Duncan's longest tenure was at ResortSuite, where they held various roles. From 2005 to 2008, they served as an Implementations Project Manager. Duncan was then promoted to Manager Implementation Group for a few months in 2009. Later that year, they transitioned to the role of Product Manager until 2015, when they became the Director of Product Delivery and Special Projects. Duncan continued in this position until 2022 when they joined Agilysys as the Director of Product Delivery and Special Projects.

Duncan Field attended Northern Secondary School from 1987 to 1990, although the specific field of study is not available. Following this, they enrolled at George Brown College from 1990 to 1992, majoring in Hotel Management.
