Jeffrey Henderson

Jeffrey Henderson has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Jeffrey began their career at CARE as a System Engineer, where they provided technical leadership on various projects and collaborated with system engineers and helpdesk staff. Subsequently, they joined CNN as a Broadcaster IT Systems (BITS) professional for 18 years. Jeffrey then transitioned to Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC as a Microsoft Systems Administrator (Operations), where they managed Active Directory, Office 365, MS Teams, MS SharePoint, and other Microsoft technologies. Following this, they worked at FORTNA as an Infrastructure Engineer. Currently, they are employed at Agilysys as a Sr. IT Systems Engineer, responsible for installing and supporting Windows and Linux operating systems, software, and services.
