Michael Eisenhart

Michael Eisenhart started their work experience at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts in 2008 as a Systems Assistant - IT Intern. Michael supported over 300 point of sale, ticketing, and information management locations, performing troubleshooting and gaining customer service experience. Michael then joined Agilysys in 2010 as an Implementation Specialist, responsible for on-site coordination and completion of Infogenesis Point of Sale installations. Michael later took on roles as a Project Manager, Senior Onboarding Project Manager, Manager of Client Services, and currently serves as the Senior Manager of Client Services at Agilysys since January 2022.

Michael Eisenhart earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University between 2005 and 2009.
