Theresa Putnal

Theresa Putnal has extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning over two decades. Presently, Theresa serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Agilysys, a position held since 2011. Prior to this role, Theresa worked at Elekta from 2001 to 2011, where achievements included directing HR functions for the North American region supporting over 950 employees. Earlier career milestones include serving as the Human Resource Manager at Elekta Oncology Systems, Inc., and as Human Resource Coordinator for Elekta Instruments, Inc., where Theresa oversaw HR services for over 200 and 150 employees, respectively. Theresa's foundational experience in human resources began at Georgia State University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
