Rachel Chiappetta

Rachel Chiappetta has extensive experience in human resources and marketing, having served as Global VP of Human Resources at Mars from January 2019 to September 2024, and previously held various senior HR positions within the same company. Prior to Mars, Rachel worked at Black and Decker from January 2003 to October 2009, where roles included Product Marketing Manager and National Business Manager, managing significant product lines and sales operations. Rachel holds a BS in Business with a focus on Marketing and Decision Sciences from Miami University, where involvement included leadership positions in the Delta Gamma Sorority and the Miami Business Consulting group.
