Aging 100 ® is a group of millennials, seniors, caregivers, non-profits, volunteers and physicians with a mission of helping senior citizens reach the age of 100 and beyond. Our goal is to not only help improve the quality of life for seniors but aid them as they navigate the journey of aging. Our mission is achieved by providing home and community-based support, to seniors, in an effort to help reduce social isolation and the risk of depression and cognitive decline in aging adults.
