Katy Fike, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience. Katy is currently a Partner at Generator Ventures since 2014. Prior to that, they co-founded Aging2.0, a global innovation network in 2012. Katy also founded Innovate50 in 2011 and worked as a Manager at (r)evolution from 2010 to 2011. Katy was the co-founder and Director of Business and Product Development at NeoCORTA from 2009 to 2010. Katy also served as an Adjunct Faculty at Georgia State University from 2009 to 2010, where they taught Aging & Society. Katy began their career as a Business Analyst in Corporate Strategy at Lehman Brothers from 2001 to 2004.

Katy Fike Ph.D. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia from 1997 to 2001. Katy then pursued their Master of Science degree in Gerontology from the University of Southern California, which they earned from 2004 to 2006. Katy furthered their education at the same university, obtaining their Ph.D. in Gerontology from 2006 to 2009. In 2007, Dr. Fike also had the opportunity to be a Visiting Pre-Doctoral Scholar at the Georgia Institute of Technology in the Human Factors and Aging Lab for one year.
