Preston Claborn has over a decade of experience in technical support and team leadership. Currently serving as Team Lead and Associate Director of System Support at Agio since October 2013, Preston oversees a team of 9-15 agents and provides comprehensive system support. Prior to this, Preston worked at Dell from August 2010 to October 2013 as a Client Technical Support Specialist, where responsibilities included assisting agents in tech support for large enterprises and resolving technical issues. Earlier experience includes a role as a Service Desk Analyst at Apex Systems Inc, where Preston focused on troubleshooting and account management. Preston earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Advertising from the University of Oklahoma between 2001 and 2006.
