Erin Larcom Pharmd

Erin Larcom, PharmD, currently serves as the Associate Director of Clinical Science at Agios Pharmaceuticals, a position held since August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Publications within Global Medical Affairs Oncology at Takeda Oncology from April 2016 to July 2021, as well as holding various roles including Global R&D Access to Medicines Fellow and Manager II in publications and medical information. Erin Larcom contributed to international healthcare by assisting pharmacists and physicians in Tanzania and Kenya. Prior roles prior to Takeda include Managing Fellow at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and Sr Medical Information Specialist at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, along with a decade-long career at CVS Health that included leadership as a Team Leader Pharmacist. Erin Larcom earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Rhode Island.
