Kathryn Marcus

Kathryn Marcus has over 17 years of work experience in various roles related to compensation, HR analytics, and human resources. Kathryn started their career at PwC in 2004 as a Tax Data Specialist and later became a Human Resources Senior - Tax. In 2012, they joined athenahealth as a Compensation & HRIS Associate and eventually became a Manager Compensation & Analytics. Kathryn then worked at Akamai Technologies as a Senior Compensation Specialist before joining Eastern Bank as a Compensation Analyst II and later as a Compensation Analyst III.
