AGL Credit Management LP was formed by Peter Gleysteen, a loan market leader, and Thomas H. Lee, the private equity pioneer, with institutional support from a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, to fill a product gap in fixed income markets.

AGL is an SEC registered investment advisor specializing in bank loan based investment offerings. AGL combines the team’s experience, a “Private Side Asymmetrical Advantage,” and its conservative credit culture to maximize the investment objectives of its investors and partners.
