Hayden Henderson

Hayden Henderson is an experienced professional in the fields of asset integrity and chemistry within the energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Asset Integrity at AGL Australia since July 2017. In this role, Hayden leads multiple engineering teams to maintain safe operating standards for AGL's assets. Prior to this position, Hayden held the title of Principal Chemist at AGL, overseeing cycle chemistry and water treatment for the company’s fleet. Experience includes working as a Consultant with Petrofac, where responsibilities included the development of a Risk Based Inspection program for the INPEX Ichthys Combined Cycle Power Plant, and serving as Station Chemist and Environmental Manager at Newgen Power Kwinana, managing various aspects of power station chemistry and environmental management. Earlier roles include Process Chemistry Consultant at Alstom Power and positions as a Chemist at Johnson Matthey and ALMC. Hayden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Canterbury.
